Meet Katia, the founder of a popular candle brand that has been making waves in the United Kingdom, France, and Congo. After graduating from college, Katia moved to the UK and began working at high-end brands such as Venut Et Fleur learning from their business experiences, and created the candle brand 1990 Candles.
However, although her brand was successful, she still continued to have skin issues and soon realised that many of the products on the market contained harsh chemicals that were not only damaging to the skin but also to the environment. This realisation motivated her to start her own skincare line that would be free of harmful chemicals and use only natural ingredients. This skincare line would pick up on a passion she had from her youth.
Katia’s passion for skincare began when she was a teenager struggling with sensitive skin. She tried everything on the market, but nothing seemed to work. This frustration led her to do her own research and experiment with natural ingredients to find a solution that worked for her.
Katia spent 2 years experimenting with different ingredients and formulations until she found the perfect blend for her products. She launched her brand with just one product, a facial oil. As the pieces came together, Katia expanded her line to include a range of skincare products that catered to different skin types and concerns.
Katia’s commitment to using only natural ingredients has been the driving force and now it has gained a loyal following of customers who appreciate the transparency and efficacy of her products.
Today, Katia continues to oversee the development and production of her brand’s products, always striving to find new and innovative ways to improve the health and appearance of her customers’ skin.
